Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranty apply to products two years from the original date of purchase with the serial identification.
This warranty only flows to the original purchaser or first end-user purchaser. Our warranty covers manufacturer's defect but does not cover any damages cosmetic (dent, crack, scratch, etc.) or otherwise resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, or tampering. The warranty does not cover products that are used with inappropriate applications or operations.

Return Policy

To obtain the warranty service, the product must received RMA# from customer support, returned and approved by VuREX. Pictures of the damaged product are required for approval. Once the return has been approved by the service technician,
the damaged product can be returned to the service facility via prepaid freight in an original or equivalent protected package.
Full shipping insurance on all products are requested.
